This role, within the Apprenticeship team, is pivotal in increasing engagement, capability, and performance by equipping individuals with the necessary tools, knowledge, and skills to fulfil their potential.
Responsibilities- Support apprentices in achieving outcomes for Multi Channel Marketing and Content Creator Levels 3, applying their knowledge, skills, and behaviours in the workplace.
- Coach apprentices through collecting evidence, preparing reflective statements, and collating evidence in their portfolios.
- Deliver coaching and teaching sessions, both face-to-face and online, and design or update supporting materials.
- Review evidence against apprenticeship outcomes and coach apprentices accordingly.
- Guide apprentices in reflecting on their evidence and improving their reflections.
- Assist apprentices in identifying gaps in evidence and suggest opportunities for improvement.
- Help apprentices select and prepare evidence for their final portfolio for review or assessment.
- Provide feedback on formative and summative assessments related to evidence and portfolios.
- Collaborate with apprenticeship delivery managers to support learners, intervene when necessary, and implement individual action plans.
- Recognize when additional learning needs or pastoral support are required and refer learners to appropriate support services.
Development Opportunities
This role will enhance your skills as a trainer, facilitator, and coach. Training opportunities include coaching, facilitation, assessment drafting, and feedback provision. As a Skills Coach and Trainer, you will join a community supporting various apprenticeship programs, enabling you to learn from relationships across Pareto.
