Who We Are Looking For
- Proven End-to-End Track Record: Demonstrable experience leading residential schemes from initial ground-breaking through to practical completion and occupation as the No. 1 on site.
- D&B Background: Strong working knowledge of Design & Build (D&B) residential contracts, detailing, and technical coordination.
- Contractor/Developer Heritage: Background working with a reputable Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor or established regional housebuilder.
