Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all extrnal works on site, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain project schedules and deliverables.

Liaise with the project team to ensure seamless integration of internal works with overall project progress.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager, specifically in managing external and internal works on large-scale residential projects.
