Senior Accountant

Salary ₠55,000 – ₠65,000 per year, Hybrid, Pension, Career Progression

Our client is a large accounting, tax, and audit consultancy firm with multiple locations across Ireland. They are expanding and looking to hire a Senior Accountant based in Monaghan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements for companies and individuals, from start to final completion.
• Produce monthly management accounts, providing insights into financial performance.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring high-quality service and maintaining strong relationships.
• Show exceptional attention to detail, proactively solving problems while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified accountant recognized within Ireland (ACCA/CPA/ACA, etc.).
• Previous experience working within an Irish accountancy practice.
• Experience in building client relationships and managing junior staff.
