Are you an experienced Support Worker with at least 12 months of UK-based care experience?
Looking for full-time work and the opportunity to earn up to £10,000 over 3 months?
We are seeking candidates who are willing to work on a contract basis, offering excellent pay rates of up to £21 per hour. This role involves supporting adults in care-at-home or residential settings across the offshore islands of Scotland.
About You:
As a dedicated and compassionate support worker, you will have relevant experience working in social care within the UK. Shift patterns typically include early and late shifts, spanning across weekdays and weekends.

What You\’ll Do as a Specialist Support Worker:

  • Provide tailored care packages to meet individual needs.
  • Offer support for individuals with complex care requirements, challenging behaviour, and autism.

What We\’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Previous experience in complex care, managing challenging behaviour, and supporting individuals with autism.
  • Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of UK care experience.
  • Desirable: Qualified to SVQ Level 2 in Care or HNC in Social Care.
