Role Summary: Randstad is currently partnered with a technology company based in Bristol looking to hire a Sales Executive. You play a key role in driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, lead generation, and effective pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue generating activities consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct proactive outreach activities such as direct calling, social media and email campaigns, to generate new business opportunities.
- Track and manage sales opportunities through each stage of the sales cycle, ensuring timely and effective progression.
- Partner with the wider Sales, Marketing and Product Teams to share learnings and work together to develop our offering and success in B2B.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience opening and closing mid-market B2B sales opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue outcomes through effective sales strategies.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g HubSpot).
