Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requirement definition and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing, utilizing internal ATS and CRM systems.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute cost-effective sourcing plans leveraging social media, referral programs, DEI pipelines, and virtual job fairs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for first-line managers and HR partners, providing expert guidance on the labor market and recruitment best practices.
