An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a global, research-driven healthcare organisation as a Commercial Digital Business Analyst. This 12-month contract role is based in Maidenhead and offers the chance to work at the heart of commercial innovation, supporting digital transformation initiatives across the business.
The Role
As a Commercial Digital Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Commercial team by analysing new initiatives and opportunities, including those generated by Innovation teams and the wider organisation. You will be responsible for understanding current business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and helping to design and implement scalable digital solutions that drive commercial excellence.
This role requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement skills, and hands-on experience with digital tools within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct deep analysis of commercial initiatives and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
- Map and document ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ processes, including data flow diagrams and supporting documentation.
- Build, configure, and maintain compliant digital solutions using approved internal tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers to support commercial projects and initiatives.
- Deliver remote demonstrations and training sessions on new software, platforms, and processes to drive adoption.
- Support adherence to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes and documentation standards.
- Partner with regional stakeholders to support commercial and data privacy-driven initiatives.
- Ensure all activities comply with quality system requirements.
- Provide accurate and timely customer support aligned with SLA expectations.
- Identify and resolve data privacy, data management, and system integration issues, including implementing preventative measures.
Skills & Experience
- Degree-level education (or equivalent), ideally in IT or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Strong project management capability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly: Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps & Power Automate.
- Ability to quickly upskill in emerging M365 technologies and best practices.
- Understanding of data security principles and privacy by design.
- Experience in customer service or business support environments.
