We are seeking a Product Manager with strong experience in delivering web and mobile applications to join our dynamic team at a leading accountancy software firm. This role is integral to the success of our product lifecycle—from concept to market—and focuses on creating intuitive, high-impact digital products that solve real problems for accountants and financial professionals.
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving product development and delivery efforts while serving as the critical link between stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales, support). Your role will involve transforming business and market strategies into clearly defined product plans, ensuring that initiatives align with customer needs and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and manage the full product lifecycle for web and mobile-based applications—from discovery to launch and iteration.
- Translate strategic business objectives into actionable product plans and roadmaps.
- Define, document, and prioritize product requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, QA, marketing, and sales teams to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback gathering to guide product decisions.
- Proactively identify new product opportunities and enhancements based on user insights, data, and market trends.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and aligned expectations throughout the product lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, company standards, and regulatory requirements during development and delivery.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, leveraging analytics and KPIs to inform future improvements and features.
- Product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or financial/accounting software.
- Demonstrated success in delivering web and mobile applications from concept through release.
- Strong understanding of technical workflows, agile development methodologies, and software lifecycle best practices.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in market analysis, competitive positioning, and business strategy translation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on complex data inputs.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, engineering, marketing, and sales.
