**About the Role:**
Randstad Education is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Teaching
Assistants to work with our partner schools across Sussex and Surrey. This is
a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive environment
while making a lasting impact on students aged 4-11.
In this term-time role, you will work closely with class teachers to support
the individual needs of students, ensuring they have the best possible
learning experience. Whether youre helping students one-on-one or working
with small groups, your role will be key in fostering a positive and inclusive
classroom environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide in-class support for students aged 4-11
* Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and classroom activities
* Help children with their social, emotional, and academic development
* Work closely with teachers and staff to ensure a smooth learning experience
* Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
**What Were Looking For:**
* A passion for working with children
* Experience working with children or in a childcare setting (desirable but not essential)
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* A flexible and positive attitude
* An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
* GCSE Maths and English (Grade C or above)
