In this role, you will support young children’s early learning and development, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that allows them to thrive. Key Responsibilities : Assist in the daily activities of the nursery, including play, learning, and mealtimes. Help plan and deliver activities that support children’s physical, emotional, social, and intellectual growth. Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children in your care. Build positive relationships with children, encouraging their confidence and independence. Work collaboratively with nursery staff and teachers to foster a supportive and inclusive environment. Help prepare and tidy the nursery or classroom, keeping the space clean and organised. Observe and monitor children’s progress, contributing to records and reports as needed.
