- Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Join a leading FM team covering various high end commercial office spaces in Central London.
- Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
- £45,000 + optional overtime + van fuel card
- Sites across Central London
Responsibilities
- Carry out lighting maintenance, including small installations, fault-finding, lamp replacements, ballast changes, control panel work, and power distribution.
- Service air conditioning systems, including Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil Units (FCUs), performing filter changes and cleaning.
- Undertake water treatment tasks, such as temperature checks.
- Monitor the BMS system, including temperature checks for hot and cold water.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors as needed.
- Maintain and update site logbooks regularly.

- 18th Edition
- Full UK drivers license
