Mendix Platform Owner – UK – Hybrid – Permanent

My Client is seeking a Mendix Platform Owner to lead and scale its low-code initiatives, driving digital transformation across manufacturing processes. This is a strategic, senior-level role where you\’ll oversee the global Mendix platform, from governance and security to development and performance optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the global Mendix platform strategy and roadmap
• Drive platform adoption and governance across business units
• Establish security protocols, access controls, and compliance policies
• Oversee a portfolio of Mendix applications for manufacturing digitization
• Collaborate with Plant IT teams, citizen developers, and global stakeholders
• Integrate with IoT systems, backend data, and external services via Mendix Connect
• Monitor platform and app performance; lead continuous improvement
• Provide expert support for pro-code and low-code application development

What We\’re Looking For

• Proven experience with the Mendix platform (expert-level)
• Background in manufacturing processes and industrial digitization
• Strong grasp of governance, compliance, and low-code lifecycle management
• Ability to work cross-functionally with digital, IT, and operations teams
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, backlog management, and DevOps tools

Preferred Experience

• Hands-on with IoT monitoring tools and industrial data integration
• Experience scaling low-code platforms in a multi-country environment
• Background in technical leadership, platform ownership, or architecture roles

Two video interviews (client and internal)
