The Role

Your mission is to be the bridge between top-tier educators and their next role. You will focus on supporting candidates who are ready to transition out of the classroom and into creating an impact academic tutoring.

  • Candidate Mastery: Manage and grow a specialist pool of educators across 5 national regions (North to South).
  • End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full candidate lifecycle - from initial sourcing on job boards and LinkedIn to ensuring rigorous compliance and final placement.
  • Thinking Outside the Box: Build up specialist availability by finding creative ways to attract the best academic talent.
  • Assessment & Engagement: Get out and about to lead assessment days, meeting your candidates face-to-face to ensure the perfect fit.
  • Volume & Pace: Handle high-volume recruitment with speed and accuracy, ensuring every candidate receives a professional, seamless experience.
