Duties and Responsibilities
- Finance Business Partnering with EMEA IT department.
- Ownership of month end process in collaboration with cross functional teams.
- Contribute to EMEA IT's Forecast and Budget process.
- Tracking of Actual spend versus Budget for the IT Spend (Revex & Capex).
- Preparation and presentation of exec reporting / dashboards.
- Delivery of ad-hoc reporting as required by the senior management.
- Management of the capitalisation process including periodic WIP reviews.
- Manage inter-company invoicing for IT SLAs including updating the cost sharing calculations model.
- Review of spend requests from IT leads to ensure correct accounting treatment.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Great organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Team player focused on results and collaboration.
- Experience: 4 years PQE plus.
- Skills: budgeting.
- Qualifications: ACCA.
