We are partnering exclusively with a leading construction, facilities management, and property developer, in their search for a temporary Finance Business Partner within FP&A. This is an urgent 4 months temporary role based in Central London, offering a hybrid working model (3 days onsite) and a day rate between £400 to £500 per day via umbrella for the right candidate.

The Role

As the FP&A Business Partner, you will operate autonomously to cover divisional overheads and finalise critical Q2 financial operations. This role requires an experienced professional who can provide rigor to the divisional leadership team, lead stakeholder meetings, and drive additional data and standardisation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Operations: Finalise Q2 numbers and manage divisional financial operations focused heavily on overheads.
  • Business Partnering: Lead stakeholder meetings and confidently challenge and provide rigorous financial insights to the leadership team.
  • Data & Process Control: Support data initiatives and drive team standardisation during a critical handover period.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • Qualifications & Experience: Technical accounting proficiency, with a strong preference for candidates having Big 4 or Tier 2 audit firm experience.
  • Autonomy: A proven track record of operating independently without excessive hand-holding.
  • Systems Expertise: Strong proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Availability: Immediate availability.
