- Systems Implementation & Change Delivery
- Support the implementation and enhancement of finance and reporting systems including D365, Anaplan, Qlik, and related platforms
- Work closely with implementation partners, developers, and SMEs to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Assist with configuration validation, testing coordination, defect management, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Support operational readiness and cutover activities during major system deployments
- Produce high-quality process documentation, training materials, and user guidance
- Data, Reporting & Analytics
- Support finance data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting activities during system migrations and process transitions
- Assist in the development and enhancement of management information (MI), reporting, and analytics capabilities
- Work with large datasets and financial models to support data conversion and validation activities
- Support the use of business intelligence and visualisation tools to improve reporting effectiveness
- Business-As-Usual Support
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for finance systems and reporting processes
- Investigate system and process issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution activities
- Work collaboratively with Finance users to improve system usability and operational efficiency
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across Finance and Group Services
- Required Experience & Skills
Essential
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst within Finance Transformation, ERP implementation, or Finance Systems environments
- Strong understanding of Finance processes, controls, and reporting
- Experience supporting ERP, planning, or business intelligence implementations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
- Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas, data manipulation, and Power Query
- Experience supporting testing activities including UAT and test script preparation
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline
