This is an exciting design position with a well-established Online Design Team.
The team is responsible for hands-on design and creation of a range of digital assets that support the trading activities on UK websites across 15 brands.
This position would suit an experienced designer looking to hone their craft while working on some of the most prestigious global beauty brands.
- Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Creation of ready-to-implement digital assets supporting the trading activities of our UK brands; including localising global assets, editing existing creative and designing from scratch
- Hero banner design
- Landing page design
- Email marketing design
- Editing and cropping of photographic assets
- Image composition and manipulation
- Localisation of creative from our global teams to tailor for the UK market, maximising regional effectiveness
- Slicing design files to output assets
- Act as ‘brand guardian’ for a handful of our brands – you’ll become the subject matter expert within our team

- Working alongside our in-house creative studio on key collaborative projects

Essential
- In depth professional experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- In depth production design experience creating content for digital formats (banners, landing pages, emails, social content)
- Solid understanding of responsive web design
- Ability to understand and interpret brand guidelines and design templates
- Solid background in digital graphic design with proven understanding of typography, layout and grid structures
- Image manipulation experience using both traditional and Firefly AI enhanced techniques
- Good time-management skills and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and confident presentation skills
- Ability to work alongside and mentor junior designers, helping develop their capability
- Able to work independently and proactively
