The Opportunity: In this role, you will go beyond basic business analysis to focus on critical capital markets platform architecture. You will work within a lean, agile environment to bridge financial business needs with technical systems, transforming how engineering teams capture, manage, and scale core repo trade and positions inventory data pipelines.

Your Impact:

  • Platform Innovation: Analyze and translate complex financial business requirements into scalable technology system changes for repo trade capture and positions inventory systems.
  • System Safeguards: Consolidate regional requirements into common global business requirement documents (BRDs), ensuring full traceability of technical test cases.
  • Capacity Expansion: Maintain key stakeholder relationships, communicate roadmap progress, and run development scrums to accelerate product delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Tooling: Leverage Jira and Confluence to maintain up-to-date documentation and optimize communication between business and technology teams.

Your Experience:

  • Experience Level: Senior-level expertise with a strong background as a Business Analyst within Financial/Capital Markets.
  • Core Technicals: Expertise in at least one of three core streams: Repo eTrading (RFQ, STP, ION/Bloomberg platforms), Collateral Optimization (clearing, margins), or Term Repo Lifecycle Management.
  • Data & Assets: Strong basic understanding of Fixed Income assets (Bonds, US Treasuries) alongside moderate relational database and SQL skills.
  • Domain Tools: Complete mastery of MS Office toolsets (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) paired with exceptional stakeholder facilitation skills.

Logistics & Duration: Permanent/Full-Time position. Hybrid setup requiring 3 days per week onsite in London.
