About the Role: As the Quality Improvement Lead, you will drive a stronger quality culture in the Small Gas Turbine business by coaching departments on root-cause analysis, improving non-conformance tracking tools, and enforcing process governance to minimize error costs and meet quality KPIs. You will manage improvement programmes end to end and help with expertise within Non Conformant processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach process owners and sub-teams to elevate problem-solving capabilities to best-in-class levels.
- Manage "Lessons Learned" programs, analyzing past mistakes and success stories to prevent future errors.
- Evaluate Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and track the maturity and value of corrective measures.
- Train teams on advanced quality methodologies (such as FMEA, 8D problem-solving, and Lean tools).
- Look for trends.
- Reviewing Non Conformant processes.
- Supporting Manufacturing Team Quality Governance & Compliance.
