Keyworker Leadership: Lead regular reviews, co-design outcome-based support plans, and collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams. Low-Arousal Practice: Apply Studio 3 non-restrictive principles to promote emotional well-being and eliminate the need for physical restraint. On-Call Rota: Participate in the local on-call support system, commensurate with your training level.
