We are seeking an experienced and highly structured PMO Lead to own the programme governance, controls, and reporting framework for a large-scale transformational initiative. In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivery discipline, ensuring all capability areas adhere to established standards while providing senior stakeholders with the visibility required to make critical decisions.   • Establish and embed a robust, scalable programme governance framework across the entire initiative.
  • Define and enforce delivery discipline, standards, and methodologies across all cross-functional capability areas.
  • Manage the stage-gate process, ensuring deliverables meet quality criteria before progressing.
  • Own and actively manage the programme RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), ensuring mitigation plans are robust and tracked.
  • Implement a rigorous milestone and status reporting cycle to provide accurate, timely insights into programme health.
  • Support financial tracking and planning controls, aligning budget utilization with delivery milestones.
  • Lead and facilitate key governance forums, steering committees, and progress reviews.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating complex delivery data into clear, actionable insights.
