Duties and Responsibilities

  • Finance Business Partnering with EMEA IT department.
  • Ownership of month end process in collaboration with cross functional teams.
  • Contribute to EMEA IT's Forecast and Budget process.
  • Tracking of Actual spend versus Budget for the IT Spend (Revex & Capex).
  • Preparation and presentation of exec reporting / dashboards.
  • Delivery of ad-hoc reporting as required by the senior management.
  • Management of the capitalisation process including periodic WIP reviews.
  • Manage inter-company invoicing for IT SLAs including updating the cost sharing calculations model.
  • Review of spend requests from IT leads to ensure correct accounting treatment.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Great organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Team player focused on results and collaboration.
  • Experience: 4 years PQE plus.
  • Skills: budgeting.
  • Qualifications: ACCA.
  • Education: university.
