Overview
In this role you will lead HR initiatives for the Corby works, shaping people strategies that support manufacturing growth. You will partner with site leadership to ensure compliant HR practices and drive organisational change. You’ll act as the on-site HR expert for employee relations and restructures, fostering an inclusive, safety-focused culture. The position offers hands-on leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and opportunities to influence workforce development and transformation.

Responsibilities
- Act as the on-site HR expert for manufacturing leaders and stakeholders
- Provide guidance to ensure adherence to HR policies and practices
- Propose business strategies aligned with operational needs
- Lead HR case management and act as main contact on site
- Assess and recommend organisational change with evidence
- Develop workforce through leadership and coaching
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to grow the workforce
- Support employee relations, consultations, restructures, redeployment, and change management
Key requirements
- Degree in HR and/or CIPD Level 5 or 7
- CIPD membership (Associate or above)
- Experience supporting 300+ FTE on-site
- Experience in standalone HR role (3+ years)
- Experience in unionised environment
- End-to-end employee relations and consultation knowledge
- Confidentiality and professional integrity

- Good IT literacy (MS Office and HR systems)
