Our client is a leading childcare provider in Scotland, and is seeking a passionate House Manager to join their expanding team. About the Role:
You will be part of a dedicated team providing person-centered care to young people with diverse needs. Responsibilities include supporting their emotional, social, and physical well-being.
Normal Working Hours: Monday to Friday with some flexibility to provide evening and weekends cover to suit the needs of the service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in residential childcare
- SVQ 4/SCQF Level 9 - Children and Young People and CSLM or equivalent qualifications which meet SSSC requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience at a management level and 5+ years residential childcare experience.
- Experience and evidence of undertaking a supervisory role in relation to staff within the Children Residential Care environment.
- Clean driving license (preferred).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
