- Any Trade qualification ( Carpentry / Plumbing etc.)
- Legionella - L8 Desired not essential
Duties / Responsibilities
- To carry out pre-planned and reactive maintenance
- You work may include but not limited to; Changing door locks, skirting board replacement, hanging doors, changing taps, sinks and toilets, painting and decorating
- To liaise with management and client
- Work alongside subcontractors and other engineers
