Randstad is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our Finance Transformation program in the UK.
You will analyse current-state finance processes, support the Finance Target Operating Model, and translate requirements into functional specs.
You will work with ERP, planning and BI tools (D365, Anaplan, Qlik, Power BI), lead workshops with Finance, Operations and Technology, and help design controls, data migrations, and reporting capabilities across a large-scale programme.
