We are partnering with a manufacturing company in their search for a Finance Manager. This role is based in Luton on an ongoing temporary basis, with a salary of up to £52,000 for the right candidate. The position requires on-site presence for 5 days per week.
As the Finance Manager, you will oversee a team of 4 and be responsible for managing general, purchase, and sales ledgers, along with daily finance operations such as invoicing, payments, expenses, and payroll. You will also prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience with daily finance operations in an SME environment
- Experience managing a small team
