Payrate: £34 – £38 per hour Inside IR35

About the Role:
We are hiring a Finance Business Partner to work with one of our leading clients in the telecom sector. This is a key role supporting financial planning, revenue analysis, and cost management while providing valuable insights to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial & Commercial Support – Provide financial insights to drive better decision-making.
2. Revenue & Cost Management – Analyze budget vs. actuals, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
3. Business Partnering – Work closely with commercial, transformation, and business planning teams.
4. Financial Reporting – Deliver monthly reports, forecasts, and variance analysis.
5. Efficiency & Process Improvement – Drive cost optimization strategies for long-term financial success.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent experience.
2. Strong financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
3. Experience in business partnering & stakeholder management.
4. Advanced Excel & financial modeling experience.
5. Strong ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance teams.
