Randstad C&P are seeking an experienced and driven Electrical Services Manager on behalf of a leading FM provider. This role is based on a large commercial contract in Fife.

Package:

  • Competitive salary of up to 52,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Permanent contract of 37.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday
  • 24 days of annual leave plus 9 public holidays

Duties:

  • Leading the planning, installation, and upkeep of power distribution and lighting infrastructure across facilities.
  • Managing high- and low-voltage electrical distribution systems, transformer sub-stations, and backup power supplies like generators and UPS networks.
  • Overseeing building management systems, energy monitoring, and power quality performance to ensure optimal energy efficiency.
  • Supervising electrical engineers, site technicians, and specialist sub-contractors during operational and capital works.
  • Ensuring full compliance with electrical safety regulations, statutory testing standards, and safe systems of work.
  • Developing planned preventative maintenance schedules for critical electrical plant and infrastructure to avoid service disruption.
  • Responding to major power outages, network faults, and technical emergencies to restore operational systems quickly.
  • Directing electrical design reviews, equipment procurement, and capital improvement budgets for major infrastructure updates.

Requirements:

  • HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or trade-certified, fully qualified Electrician status.
  • Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in a hard facilities management or similar technical management role.
  • Proven team leadership abilities combined with sound commercial, financial, and business management experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional client-facing presence and adaptable approach to operational needs.
  • High proficiency in IT and administrative applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and CAFM software.
  • Valid, clean UK Driving Licence.
