We are looking for a high-impact Senior Business Analyst to drive the transition to a new Vehicle Management Supplier. This is a business-critical programme focused on:
- Modernising fleet operations
- Improving data visibility
- Delivering a smooth supplier handover
You will be at the centre of the change - connecting operations, data, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure continuity and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Transition Leadership β Take ownership of the end-to-end analysis for moving from the current "As-Is" vehicle management model to a future "To-Be" supplier setup.
- Stakeholder Management β Operate confidently across a complex stakeholder environment, working with: Procurement, Fleet teams, Finance, External third-party suppliers.
- Data-Driven Decision Making β Use insight from operational and performance data to guide decisions and ensure the new supplier model aligns with organisational KPIs.
- Process Engineering β Identify inefficiencies in current fleet workflows and design scalable, future-ready processes that improve performance and control.
- Technical & Solution Documentation β Produce high-quality artefacts, including: High-Level Designs (HLDs); Process maps; Data migration requirements to ensure a seamless transition with no disruption to service.
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven BA Experience β Strong track record as a Business Analyst within large infrastructure programmes or complex operational environments.
- Supplier & Vendor Management β Hands-on experience managing third-party suppliers, especially during service transitions, migrations, or contract handovers.
- Data Literacy β Comfortable working with complex datasets - able to turn data into clear, actionable business requirements.
- Exceptional Communication Skills β Confident in engaging senior stakeholders, influencing decisions, and managing expectations in a fast-moving programme.
- Technical & Architectural Understanding β Solid grasp of: Data architecture principles, High-Level Design (HLD) documentation, Data migration considerations.
