As a small but mighty organisation, they pride themselves in highly specialist support for children with additional needs, Autism and complex support needs. Their focus is to create personalised, nurturing environments where both our young people and our care staff truly matter. With new residential homes currently under renovation across South Wales, this is an exciting time to join a growing team.

Pay Rates & Hours
- Support Worker: £16.00 - £16.50 per hour
- Senior Support Worker: £18.00 - £18.50 per hour
- Hours: 40 hours per week - Long Days on rolling rota, every other weekend off! - One in 3 shift is an afternoon or AM shift!
Requirements & Experience
- Relevant Experience: A proven background supporting Looked After Children, vulnerable young people, or adults with complex support needs.
- Autism Expertise (Essential): A strong understanding and practical background in supporting individuals on the autism spectrum.
- Younger Children Experience: Prior experience working with younger age groups is highly preferred.
- For Senior Applicants: Proven experience leading shifts, mentoring care staff, handling safeguarding processes, and managing care plans.
