We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join the Business & Technology Integration team for an exciting project. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by analysing and improving business processes and their integration with technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse organisational structures, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Assess the business model and develop integration strategies aligned with technological advancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define customer requirements, assess the current state, and design future-state business solutions.
- Conduct research, gather data, and synthesize insights to guide decision-making.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and lead teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Make informed decisions, manage team contributions, and collaborate on key strategic initiatives.
- Provide problem-solving solutions across multiple teams, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Utilise advanced business process analysis tools and apply expertise in business process design and strategy.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimise business processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and promote best practices for business process management.
