Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at Pareto, you will operate in a 360-degree sales role, from lead generation to closing deals and managing accounts. You’ll work with a wide range of clients, from startups to enterprise businesses across all B2B sectors, including technology, professional services, manufacturing, finance, and more. We are looking for BDEs who have experience with a full sales cycle and would like to hone their craft making use of our industry leading in-house sales training. Alternatively SDRs and BDRs; if you are proactive, used to high volume outreach, and are ready to take the next step with our support please get it touch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead gen and prospecting, identifying the right clients and mapping out key targets within each business.
  • Leading on sales meetings, identifying the right solution for the client and managing through negotiation to close.
  • Developing long term relationships and managing your clients, identifying opportunities for further revenue growth.
  • Working alongside your colleagues and the wider Pareto teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling, share knowledge and grow your own network.
  • Working with the client success team to ensure successful delivery of projects

Key Skills:

  • B2B lead generation as a high volume SDR/ BDR is essential in this role and some experience managing the full sales cycle.
  • Ability to conduct consultative sales, uncovering client needs, experience in solution design and pitching is ideal.
  • Experience in running meetings with senior stakeholders, building rapport, setting agendas, and closing for commitments.
  • Ability to build and nurture strategic client relationships.
  • Team player who can work with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to win deals.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to support delivery and manage client expectations.
