We’re working with a global leader in the travel tech industry who is on a mission to make it easier for everyone to experience the world. They’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their Manchester-based team on a 6-month contract, with the potential to extend.
In this role, you’ll partner with hiring teams across the business to attract, engage, and secure exceptional talent, playing a key part in driving hiring success across both technical and non-technical functions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer, across multiple business areas.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to deliver high-quality hires and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Source creatively, using social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach to engage both active and passive candidates.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the company’s culture and values.
- Use data and insights to track progress, identify trends, and continuously improve sourcing effectiveness.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s employer brand and culture within the talent market.
- Collaborate across teams, sharing insights and feedback to refine hiring strategies and meet business goals.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment or sourcing (in-house preferred), ideally within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Experience hiring across technical (data, product) and non-technical (sales, marketing, operations) roles.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to use metrics and insights to optimise delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A collaborative, proactive approach, with a passion for achieving measurable results.
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
