We are currently partnering with a major network infrastructure client to find an experienced Supply Chain Enablement Specialist to join their team. If you thrive on optimising logistics, managing 3PL relationships, and driving continuous improvement, this could be the perfect role for you!
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the end-to-end site call-off process (shortages, asset swaps, DOAs) while ensuring strict SLAs and KPIs are met.
- Owning supplier management by partnering closely with 3PLs to ensure assets are delivered to exacting standards.
- Working alongside external asset management providers (such as Tracktrans) to identify, design, and implement sustainable performance improvements.
- Acting as a key escalation point to resolve critical customer delivery issues.
- Delivering critical weekly and monthly reporting on 'Right First Time' metrics to the senior leadership team.
- Supporting the Outbound and Reverse Supply Chain Manager on bespoke projects and shaping brand-new operational processes.
What we’re looking for:
- Mandatory: Exceptional Stakeholder Management skills.
- Highly Preferred: Strong background in Supply Chain, 3PL Management, and Systems Management (SAP experience is a massive plus!). Telecoms industry experience is also highly desirable.
