Responsibilities:
- Reaching out to companies in the manufacturing sector and promoting membership and key subscription products and services.
- Understanding the full range of services, from consultancy to training.
- Tailoring offers to each client creatively.
- Connecting with new and existing members via email, phone, and video, with occasional travel.
- Building long-term relationships and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Exploring new sectors and generating fresh leads.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
