We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Social Work Assistants to join our team for positions throughout Belfast and the surrounding areas.
In this role, you will work alongside qualified Social Workers to deliver essential support, practical guidance, and family care plans, making a tangible difference in the lives of local children and young people.
What We Offer Competitive salary: £14.06 - £21.08 per hour.
Weekly pay with premium overtime rates and enhanced mileage allowance.
Holiday package up to 39 days.

Key Responsibilities Deliver practical family support plans, advising parents on routines, behaviour, and budgeting.
Arrange and supervise family contact sessions, managing transport and all associated documentation.
Gather family information to directly contribute to formal social work care assessments.
Coordinate access to local community resources, respite, and family support services.
Maintain clear, accurate records and report any child protection or risk concerns immediately.
Qualifications and Requirements 6-12 months of previous paid social care experience.
Current registration with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council (NISCC).
Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance.
Fully up-to-date immunisations, including Measles, Mumps, and Rubella.
Proven ability to prioritise a varied caseload and build professional rapport with service users.
Candidates will be subject to enhanced vetting including an Enhanced Access NI check due to the nature of this work, this may include a Barred List check for both Children & Vulnerable Adults (depending on the role) Randstad Care acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
