Support responsible risk-taking, contribute to risk management discussions, remain alert to indicators of changing need, and contribute to adult protection plans and strategy meetings. Carry out necessary administrative tasks, support the team duty system, and maintain comprehensive, accurate, and up-to-date electronic and paper records in compliance with Trust operating standards.
