Randstad has an opportunity available within the Economic Development team at Belfast Metropolitan College for a business development executive that will focus on growth within the Advance Engineering, Aerospace and High-spec manufacturing sectors.

Requirements
- Hold a degree (Level 6) or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a business development or project management focusing on Advanced Engineering, Aerospace, High-Spec Manufacturing or Green skills
- A minimum of 3 years' experience with Business Development for SMEs
- Demonstrable experience in recruiting businesses, individuals or stakeholders onto a programme/project.
- Demonstrable experience in innovation
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Enhanced vetting will be required before commencement in this role including Access NI
Responsibilities
- Provide end to end business development support
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Coordinate engagement activities to maximise skills programmes
- Collaborate with other departments including marketing to ensure programme success
- Maintain and develop new systems and processes to ensure success
- Performance management and continuous improvement
- Develop and strengthen partnerships with internal and external partners
