Start Date: July 2026. Location: Impington. Your Role Administrator (incorporating DDSL Support) – a warm, resilient, and highly organised professional to join the dedicated support team. This role supports pupils with a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) who have an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) and acts as a champion of inclusion to create a safe, structured, and joyful space where neurodivergent young people can thrive. Your Impact & Key Responsibilities As our 'front of house' lead and a core member of the administrative team, your day-to-day will be varied, rewarding, and deeply rooted in student wellbeing: * Front of House Excellence: Provide a professional, exceptionally warm, and nurturing welcome to pupils, parents, and visitors. * Safeguarding Administration: Complete and manage administrative work within safeguarding, maintaining online reporting systems and Early Help Assessments (EHAs). * Visitor & Access Control: Act as a vital gatekeeper, ensuring all visitors are signed in/out and that crucial safeguarding checks are verified. * School Operations: Keep pupil records up to date on SIMS, manage the school diary, operate the main switchboard, coordinate incoming/outgoing mail, and manage central email inboxes. * Communication & Collaboration: Send out vital home/school messages to parents, support staff absence tracking, and assist with the preparation of open days and parent events. * Student Care & Well-being: Model positive social interactions for pupils, look after students who feel unwell, and undertake First Aid training to support daily medical and medication needs.
