The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator capable of liaising with cross-functional teams, gathering technical information, and ensuring full process compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Learning: Quickly master and adhere to internal administrative processes surrounding asset capitalization and retirement.
- Form Management: Accurately complete and process capitalization/retirement documentation, ensuring strict compliance with deadlines.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Proactively engage with project engineers, MGS associates, and key stakeholders to gather necessary data, technical details, and project guidance.
- Communication: Comfortable interacting with engineers and department heads.
- Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy when handling technical data and official documentation.
- Technical Aptitude: A general understanding of engineering/technical terminology.
- Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced/intermediate skills in Excel.
- Time Management: Ability to self-manage, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines independently.
