Located in Cranleigh, near Guildford, this centre caters to nearly 40 students with Autism and associated conditions, providing specialised day services and personalised learning support. Key Skills required:
-Experience of working in community based services or with young adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
-Comfortable working with challenging behaviour
-Ability to work as a team and build relationships with learners, parents and staff
-A positive and resilient attitude
-Minimum Grade C or equivalent, in English Language & Maths is desirable
-Care certificate is desirable
-Own means of transport desirable
