We are looking for a Turkish-English bilingual consultant to support a project implementation in Turkey. Our local team has limited English proficiency, which is slowing down progress. This role will act as a bridge between teams, helping with communication, translation, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication between English-speaking and Turkish-speaking teams.
- Assist in translating business discussions, documents, and key project materials (written and spoken).
- Support project coordination and implementation efforts.
- Help clarify HR and payroll-related terminology (if applicable).
- Attend two fixed weekly meetings (timing TBD) and work flexible additional hours as needed.
What Weβre Looking For:
- Fluent in Turkish and English (spoken & written) β strong business communication skills required.
