We are looking for a Turkish-English bilingual consultant to support a project implementation in Turkey. Our local team has limited English proficiency, which is slowing down progress. This role will act as a bridge between teams, helping with communication, translation, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate communication between English-speaking and Turkish-speaking teams.
  • Assist in translating business discussions, documents, and key project materials (written and spoken).
  • Support project coordination and implementation efforts.
  • Help clarify HR and payroll-related terminology (if applicable).
  • Attend two fixed weekly meetings (timing TBD) and work flexible additional hours as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Fluent in Turkish and English (spoken & written) – strong business communication skills required.
  • Experience in a corporate or professional setting (translation, business support, or consulting).
  • Ability to work in UK/EMEA time zones.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have (but not required):
  • Knowledge of HR and payroll terminology.
  • Previous experience in business translation or project support.
