A leading housebuilder with a reputation for delivering high-quality homes across the region is seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to join their team in Hampshire. As a Technical Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical aspects of residential developments. You will be responsible for coordinating various external consultants, ensuring the smooth progression of projects from inception through to completion. The ideal candidate will have experience within the housebuilding sector, possess strong organisational skills, and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
The Role
- Coordinate consultants design and ensure drawing issues are up to date.
- Ensuring S38, S278, and S104 approvals are achieved.
- Appoint utility contractors.
- Managing building regulation submissions to the NHBC.
- Assist with discharging of planning conditions and ensuring S106 obligations are met.
- Chair pre-development project meetings.
What You Will Need
- Construction/design related HNC/HND/Degree desirable.
- New build experience in private spec housing is essential.
- Thorough use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Packages preferred.
- Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role with a house builder or consultant.
- Knowledge and understanding of technical services.
- Full UK driving license.
