We are seeking an excellent administrator to join our team and provide essential support to the health care trust. The perfect candidate will thrive in a busy office environment with tasks inclusive of; dealing with queries with immediate action, call handling, data input, organising meetings taking minutes, maintaining a filing system and general office duties. LOCATION: Belfast POSITION: Administration PAY RATE: 11.45 – 11.67 HOURS: 37.5 pw (Monday – Friday) Benefits: Enhanced holiday package inclusive of public holidays Pension scheme Free training inclusive of E – learning Retail, leisure and high street discounts Weekly pay Immediate start dates available Various Locations Requirements: Minimum 12 months clerical/ administrative experience essential Knowledge of health care/ medical/ public sector highly desirable Ability to work as part of a team Excellent organisational skills with an ability to manage workload Effective communication skills Minute taking experience highly desirable Effective use of administrative systems including MICROSOFT OFFICE and scheduling software Confidence in data entry Ability to demonstrate independent working Minimum 4 GCSE’s inclusive of math and english (or equivalent) OR NVQ level two administration (or equivalent) OR two years clerical/ administrative experience Responsibilities: Support to management including; filing, photocopying, dealing with incoming and outgoing enquiries All aspects of clerical support to support directorate operations ensuring efficient services Diary management Handling of patient records with an ability to keep confidentiality on sensitive data Arranging appointments/ meetings as requested Using relevant computer software and systems ensuring records are maintained accurately Patient records & data entry Call handling / Reception cover Ordering of stationery and office supplies Randstad Care acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
