Our Education team is recruiting for a Talent Attraction Consultant to join their Brighton based business.

What does the day to day look like:

  • Generate old/new candidate relationships through regular calls and catch ups.
  • Manage current relationships within the business.
  • Grow existing candidate base and work alongside the account manager to identify further sales opportunities.
  • Interact with candidates to find their ideal role and write a comprehensive profile of their needs.
  • Conduct searches via our database, incoming applications, job boards and various online tools.
  • Build your own network of talented candidates to present to market.
  • Write and tailor advertisements specific to your clients' needs.

What skills will you need?

  • The ability to identify key skills and really understand the nature of the work the candidates have been doing.
  • Attention to detail, working through a strict compliance process.
  • The ability to work at speed and deliver against key KPI metrics.
