Our Education team is recruiting for a Talent Attraction Consultant to join their Brighton based business.
What does the day to day look like:
- Generate old/new candidate relationships through regular calls and catch ups.
- Manage current relationships within the business.
- Grow existing candidate base and work alongside the account manager to identify further sales opportunities.
- Interact with candidates to find their ideal role and write a comprehensive profile of their needs.
- Conduct searches via our database, incoming applications, job boards and various online tools.
- Build your own network of talented candidates to present to market.
- Write and tailor advertisements specific to your clients' needs.
