We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6-month hybrid contract with our market-leading confectionary brand, based in Slough. The remit of this role is to support critical hiring within the Supply cluster, predominantly across the United Kingdom, Germany, and Ireland. The Partner will serve as a trusted, data-informed recruitment specialist for Supply leadership, tasked with formulating hiring strategies, cultivating diverse talent pipelines, and guaranteeing a seamless candidate experience. This professional will collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and the broader team to sustain a best-in-class function.
What you'll bring
- Proven expertise in managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, ideally within a manufacturing, supply chain, FMCG, or operational setting.
- A strong history of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates in competitive markets, supported by experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Workday is advantageous).
- The confidence to leverage data and insights to guide hiring strategies and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and partnering abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills, enabling you to effectively manage a high volume of diverse roles and competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership and Consultation: Collaborating with Hiring Managers and HR to determine hiring requirements, anticipate future skill needs, and develop inclusive recruitment strategies. Serving as a Talent Acquisition subject matter expert, sharing best practices, and supporting the development of hiring capability across the business.
- End-to-End Recruitment Management: Managing the complete recruitment lifecycle within Workday, from initial role intake to final offer. Proactively building and maintaining diverse talent pipelines through the use of a variety of sourcing channels.
- Process Improvement and Compliance: Utilising hiring data to analyse performance and drive continuous improvements in the quality, time-to-hire, and value of recruitment activities. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the wider TA team, including process optimization. Ensuring strict adherence to all legal requirements, including right-to-work checks, data protection, and GDPR regulations.
