The Role
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Administrative Business Partner to provide comprehensive support to three senior leaders (one VP and two Directors) within our Platforms & Devices partnerships team (covering Android, TV, and Google Play). This is a 1-year cover role with the potential for rotation to another role upon completion.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working with senior leadership and external stakeholders, managing a complex remit across multiple regions including London, Paris, and Dubai.
Core Responsibilities
- Complex Scheduling: Managing heavy calendars for three executives across EMEA and various global time zones.
- International Travel: Coordinating intricate travel bookings across various regions, including countries requiring specific planning skills and security protocols.
- Expense Management: Managing the established expense procedure using Concur, ensuring all invoices and documentation are supplied by executives.
- Event Management: Overseeing event logistics at a basic level, including a specific event for 80-90 people at the beginning of the contract (approx. 20% finalisation required).
- Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as a professional point of contact for high-level external stakeholders.
